Are you a brainwashed Scientologist? Take this simple test to find out!

Why did Lisa McPherson die?

A) Because David Miscavige mishandled her case.

B) Because the Introspection Rundown was administered improperly.

C) Some combination of A and B.

D) Because Scientologists took her out of the hospital and locked her in a hotel room in accordance with LRH’s “tech,” instead of getting her proper medical treatment.

If you answered A, B or C, congratulations! You are a brainwashed Scientologist. Even if you think you’re “out,” the truth is that you’re still in.

May you “confront” that fact before it harms you.

  1. You my friend have been missed. Thank for for returning with a vengeance.

    HOT DAMN! YOU’RE BACK!
I know that I deserted the fold years ago, but there was a reason. When I came back, you had gone AWOL, too! Now, we’re both back. Woo Hoo! Please forgive my exuberant reaction, but I’m recovering from a stroke, and this is really good news!

Your basic point is correct. Lisa should have been taken to a medical doctor when she first suffered her head injury. That would have been consistent with LRH tech on the subject of medical emergencies (get them to the doctor to get patched up and then audit them later).

Your remaining assumptions are incorrect. First, it was David Miscavige who decided to assign her to the wrong rundown instead of sending her to the doctor. If the Introspection Rundown never existed, David Miscavige would have murdered her with some other inappropriate action. Hell, I’m surprised he didn’t send her to die on the Running Program! (Some people believe David Miscavige intentionally murdered Lisa to cover up some other crime or infidelity.)

The Introspection Rundown HCOB says nothing about treating people with medical conditions or head injuries! It was never intended for those purposes and was misused by David Miscavige and FSO. Mark “Marty” Rathbun was aware of a problem, but, as per usual, took zero responsibility and expected someone else to figure it out. Both David Miscavige and Mark “Marty” Rathbun should both be in prison because they are both guilty of at least one murder — and possibly others.

    • Lets leave aside wild speculation for a moment and look at what we know.

      Lisa had a psychotic break.

She left hospital with Scientologists who applied Hubbard’s treatment for psychotic breaks. The IR is pretty specific about what you are not to do once it is started and failing to apply it properly is a serious ethics offense.

Over the course of the IR — taking the most generous reading of Scientology’s own logs — her liquid intake was well into the fatal dehydration range.

She died. Injuries related to the car accident may have contributed — though this is pure speculation — but the dehydration alone was sufficient to cause her death.

Please point out where in the IR it says to monitor liquid / food intake and abandon the procedure if the “student” is clearly in physical distress.

  15. Very useful details. Hope to see more posts soon!

  16. The purpose of the IR rundown is not to extrovert a person. It is to get them to a state that they can accept.

Those who are particularly strong, usually do go Psychotic on it because a sane person WOULD go Psychotic on it.

A person of lower intelligence or poor mental strength would actually enjoy the introspection rundown.

I was in there and saw many people put through the intro rundowns – they were dogs afterwards that did what ever the hell they were told to do. You see, there is absolutely no reason why a person would lose their marbles while in Scientology unless they were being forced to do things they did not want, and then when they tried to exert their own rationale and self-determination were confined, told they were out-ethics or put through the ringer.

All of those actions result in a person feeling overwhelmed.

These idiotic Scios that even think the IR is any sort of remedy can rest assured be found to have such a fundamental lack of understanding of the mind, brain and body that they shouldn’t be allowed to care for anyone – including children.

Ever seen an Intelligent, SANE person appreciate being confined, ordered about or told what to do every living minute? No. that is what dogs are for, or solders. Scientologists just hate it when a person exerts self-determination.

Now, if a person in Scientology thinks anyone needs an IR rundown, what the subject really needs is a holiday, pay, decent food, to see their family, be allowed to keep their own money, friends and family and you will probably find they will be quite healthy. Oh, and not to be fed a bunch of bullshit about aliens, implants and thetans holding on and raping your mind and body.

Scios are so dumb, it’s embarrassing for us to admit we were once that stupid. The indis are just icing on the cake.

I once fought to save the universe from Xenu and though I was with the Loyal Officers again and we were “gonna do it this time right”.

Stop worrying about the ones that go crazy trying to escape and worry about the insane nut-jobs that are there shoveling this shit done the throats of the ill-informed, slightly arrogant or rich through acting/inheritance.

Does anyone actually understand that in TCs mind he is a Loyal Officer with David Miscavage, and that they two alone will restore order to this sector of the universe? Do we really understand that in TCs mind he walks around knowing he is literally the most important man/thetan in the Universe and that it belittles him to come down to our level and talk to the common man?

Oh boy, and the indis are no better.
