Must-see video: Hana Whitfield interview

Hana Whitfield is an ex-Scientologist who sailed with L. Ron Hubbard back when the Sea Org was at sea. In this interview, Ms. Whitfield reveals that may of the abuses that the Independents are blaming on David Miscavige – forced abortions, random SP declares, subhuman living conditions in the Rehabilitation Project Force, isolation of ex-members, covered-up deaths, and child abuse – were in fact taking place when Hubbard was in charge, and under his orders.

Ms. Whitfield left Scientology before DM’s ascension to power, and this interview makes it clear that the Church of Scientology under L. Ron Hubbard was every bit as abusive as the Church under David Miscavige – maybe even more so, because Scientologists of this era were getting their orders directly from the very man they thought had all the answers to their eternal salvation.

I can pretty much guarantee you won’t see any mention of this video on Marty Rathbun’s site, since it delivers a devastating blow to his pro-Hubbard propaganda campaign.

You will find a description and embedded video on this post at Why We Protest, or you can watch on YouTube: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6.

  1. Excellent. This is the sort of stuff I have heard first hand accounts of from other exstaff under the great humanatarian – L. Ron Hubbard, who fought for human rights by demonstrating, getting people to fight real human abuses, putting his life on the line… oh wait, that was someone else.

I remember the first time that I heard Ms. Eltringham-Whitfield speak. It was a video, posted on XenuTV. She began in her soft voice, and in her first 58 seconds, she dismantled LRH and his monstrosity of a “church”, so thoroughly that it was forever destroyed in the mind of anyone who heard her.

I do not have the words to express my respect for her, or my awe at her courage. Any feeble attempt, by me, would only serve either to gild a perfect lily, or to damn her with faint praise. I will do neither. She is one lily to be admired in silence, and just as she is.

Oh, yeah! And she doesn’t WHINE, Marty!
